Our Story
Inertia Components comes out of years building custom camper vans: full interiors with integrated power, plumbing, and layout systems, everything cut to fit a body that's never quite square.
That work developed into a specific engineering discipline — designing for how a thing actually goes together, engineering it to repeat, and taking the guesswork out before it reaches the van. It's the method that cut a flagship build from six months to six weeks. Custom building, done well, is still slow work that starts over with every van.
The parts don't have to. Inertia takes the engineering from that world and builds it into finished products you order: fixed price, fixed lead time, bolt-in fit. Not one-offs. Production parts.
How It's Made
Products are modeled parametrically and engineered with installation in mind. Every panel and bracket is designed around the way it's installed, so the first part off the machine fits without a second pass. Manufacturing is modern and mixed, with our own CNC equipment for some parts and specialist manufacturers for others. Either way, the part that reaches the van is the part that was designed.
